To help those in need is to benefit sentient beings. So this teaches both the donor and the child loving kindness and compassion. This living and direct experience of love and compassion will be carried on by them, generation to generation, bringing happiness and peace to our society. So this is the best hope for our society and the entire world. We can also say that this the best of all human values.
